I am sure there are some obvious SEO benefits when it come to page load time so I recommend this plugin for very large blogs that have a huge amount of content to archieve and load. over 1300 user reviews and 4.5 stars. What about FeedBurner FeedSmith and WP Security Scan plugin? these are really helpful both of these plugins have saved me a lot. There is another plugin wp post views which I would recomend to get added in to this list.
